Game Night Go is free to download and is supported by banner ads. All games play offline, and we (the developer) do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our own servers. Specifically:
All data generated by the App — including your favorite game prompts and app settings — is stored locally on your device using your device's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
You can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
Game Night Go is designed for all ages, including children aged 8 and older. We do not collect personal information from any user. Ad requests from the App are marked as child-directed under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), limited to general-audience (G-rated) content, and are non-personalized, which means Google does not use them for interest-based advertising or remarketing.
All game content is bundled within the App and does not require an internet connection. The only third-party service in the App is Google AdMob, which displays banner ads when your device is online. To deliver ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud, Google's software may collect information such as your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device type and operating system, app and device identifiers other than the Advertising Identifier, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. This information is handled by Google under its own privacy policy:
If you play with your device offline, no ads are requested and no information is sent to Google.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Game Night Go mobile application ("App") developed and provided by Game Night Go ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Game Night Go, you confirm that you are at least 8 years of age (or have parental consent if under 13) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
Game Night Go is free to download and use. The App is supported by banner ads provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. We do not control the content of individual ads, and any products or services you access through an ad are offered by the advertiser, not by us.
Remove Ads. You can remove the banner ads with an optional one-time in-app purchase. The purchase is processed by Apple, is tied to your Apple ID, and can be restored on your other devices using "Restore Purchase" in the App's Settings. It does not renew and is not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy.
All content included in the App — including but not limited to game prompts, graphics, icons, game logic, and design — is the property of Game Night Go and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written permission.
All games in Game Night Go can be played offline. No internet connection is required to play, and no user account is needed. All game content and user preferences are stored locally on your device. Ads are shown only when your device is connected to the internet.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Game Night Go and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
The App is suitable for players aged 8 and older. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the App's use by children in their care. Because the App collects no personal data, there are no age-gated account features.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
